

Joel Frandsen is Retired Natural Resource Manager: He served as State Forester/Director
of Utah’s Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands and is also a retiree of the
US Forest Service having served on six national forests in four separate states.
Joel has a life time interest in the old west, western history, legends, and folk
tales with a passion for the outlaw-
